INGREDIENTS
Oatmeal:
1/2 cup oats (use gluten free oats for gluten free oatmeal)
1/2 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp tahini
4 chopped dates
Toppings:
dark chocolate (use vegan friendly for vegan or dairy free dish)
chopped pistachios
INSTRUCTIONS
The Oatmeal:
Add all Oatmeal ingredients to a small bowl, and mix to combine.
Cover and let it sit overnight in the fridge.
The next morning top with dark chocolate and pistachios and enjoy!
Toppings: Melted dark chocolate + chopped pistachios
Place dark chocolate in a microwave-safe container and heat it in microwave for 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between until fully melted.
Before serving, top the oatmeal with the melted dark chocolate and chopped pistachios.
RECIPE NOTES
To make gluten free: Use gluten free oats.
To make dairy free: Use plant milk instead of cow's milk. Use dairy-free dark chocolate.
