INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
5 tbsp oats (use gluten free oats for gluten free smoothie)
2 tbsp cocoa
1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
2 heaped tbsp smooth 100% peanut butter
2 cups milk of choice (use plant milk for vegan smoothie) - alternatively replace some volume of milk with yogurt for thicker smoothie
Optional toppings:
granola (I recommend this Peanut Butter Granola with Dark Chocolate Chips)
banana
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into bowls, top with granola and banana, or any other desired toppings. Alternatively, pour into a tall bottle and take with you on-the-go!

* Smoothie can be made-ahead and stored in the fridge.
* Best served cold or at room temperature.
